Vasyl Cherlinka

Vasyl Cherlinka, the Soil Scientist at EOS Data Analytics Vasyl Cherlinka has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of agronomy and pedology (soil science). He holds a Doctorate in Biological Sciences, specializing in soil science. Dr. Cherlinka studied at a machine-building technical school in Ukraine (1989-1993), then deepened his knowledge in agrochemistry and agronomy at the Chernivtsi National University, specializing in "Agrochemistry and Soil Science." In 2001, he successfully defended his dissertation "Justification of the Agroecological Appropriateness of Soil Fertility Models and its Factors to the Requirements of Field Crops" and obtained a Candidate of Biological Sciences degree with a focus on soil science at the "Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry named after O.M. Sokolovsky." In 2019, Dr. Cherlinka successfully defended his dissertation "Digital Relief Models in Soil Science: Theoretical-Methodological Foundations and Practical Application" and obtained a Doctorate in Biological Sciences with a specialization in soil science. Since 2018, Dr. Cherlinka has been consulting EOSDA on issues of soil science, agronomy, and agrochemistry.
