She has 15 years of experience, specializing in green finance and impact investments, 10 of which as a senior executive. Ms. Sokolenko has a proven record of a sound practical approach to implementing the principles of sustainable development and ESG criteria in line with best international practices in over a hundred projects in different industry sectors: manufacturing and services, transport/logistic, agro/food, retail, energy, municipal infrastructure, and financially intermediated operations. Over the past ten years, she has served as a global sustainability expert for multiple organizations, including the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, FMO, UNDP etc in Europe and Central Asia. Ms. Sokolenko holds MBA and a master’s degree in Environmental Science, certified Sustainable Finance Expert at Cambridge University, licensed GRI trainer, ISO Auditor, and a Certified Circular Economy Instructor.
